The Portland Competitive Cheer Team traveled to Eaton Rapids for the CAAC White League Final on Wednesday night and came back League Champions for the fourth consecutive year! Portland had a strong start with a score of 230 in Round 1. A new school record was set in Round 2 with a score of 219.44 & Round 3 followed with a score of 306.3. We finished the night honoring our seniors Avery Brennan, Adrienne Hinds, Cecelia Koster, Leah Nelson, Alexa Schrauben and Cat Svanda.  

Standings: 1st Portland, 2nd Fowlerville, 3rd Eaton Rapids, 4th Lansing Catholic, 5th Holt 

Saturday, they competed in a meet that featured some of the other top teams we will be seeing in Districts on Saturday and took second overall and set a new school meet total score record! They will be seeking that District Championship on Saturday which would also be back to back.
